Monday- Get it done

Tuesday- Prep Day
- [ ] Get groceries if necessary
- [ ] Meal prep for at least five days
- [ ] Data Science courses
- [ ] Intensive skin care day/spa day
- [ ] Quads
Wednesday - No Spend Work Day
- [ ] Up in late morning
- [ ] Make my own coffee/breakfast
- [ ] Run after breakfast
- [ ] Study before work - take a break from AWS/Data Science if needed
- [ ] Work 6 pm -5 am
- [ ] If I’m running this week, remind myself of my goals
- [ ] If not, pick out an audiobook to listen to while working
- [ ] Take public transit if possible and get more work done on the bus/train
Thursday- Basic Work Day (No Spend)
- [ ] Up by early afternoon
- [ ] No pressure to get things done today. Try to relax before work
- [ ] Get outside before work. Take Roy to the park or walk/run somewhere cool
- [ ] Work 6 pm - 5 am
- [ ] Only spending should be my ride to/from work
- [ ] Core/Calisthenics/Light upper body day after work
Friday - Practical
- [ ] Apartment gym workout in the morning so I’ll sleep in a little bit
- [ ] This is the day for a little coffee or treat or break room food if I’ve been good about money all week
- [ ] Complete a practical I have planned ahead of time - either a coding project or an AWS demo or some kind of exercise to build on and practice what I’ve been learning
- [ ] If I have any major projects or important conversations to have at work, try to book them for this day. Check in with QB mentor if you haven’t
- [ ] Take the bus home from work
Saturday- Final Work Day
- [ ] Check in - how much progress have I made in my courses? You can choose between AWS and Data Analytics depending on weekly goals and progress
- [ ] Run before work and aim to take public transit there and Lyft to EOS ( if you have time)
- [ ] Hammies at EOS after work
Sunday - Relax and Set my Intentions
- [ ] Go hiking when I wake up
- [ ] Journal on past week and set intentions for the week to come
- [ ] Pick a color or shape to appreciate/stay grounded
